Requirements for BPO license registration

BPO license compliances
The BPO license is valid for up to 20 years, if not explicitly described something else. The annual return for the BPO is submitted to the Telecommunication Department of India with a listing of activities undertaken and the current status of the OSP license apply. After that, the annual report for BPO license renewal needs to be submitted within 6 months of financial year completion. It must be noted that it is compulsory for the OSPs to keep up the compliance with Terms and conditions formulated by the Telecommunication Department.
